Our chronicle of Andechs Monastery and the Holy Mount gives you a brief history of this famous place of pilgrimage.
All the important stages of development, both churchly and monastic as well as economic and cultural, are recorded in the chronicle, which spans the time from the monastery’s origin in the 10th century right up to the present day.
